Angkor DC Terms and Conditions of Use

Introduction
Angkor DC is the first Cambodian digital cinema offering Khmer movies to all Cambodians around the world. Angkor DC movies are on the streaming platform.
“Terms” govern your use of Angkor DC movies and any other assets, including but not limited to photographic or other audio-visual materials, Angkor DC trademarks, logos, trade names, servicemarks, service names, or other distinctive features owned by Angkor DC Co., Ltd. “Angkor DC Assets”, made available via Angkor DC App, https://angkordc.com, or any other Angkor DC digital channels; and “You” agree to be bound by these Terms.

Changes to the Agreements
Angkor DC reserves rights to change the Terms from time to time based on the situation and trends of all related elements of that time.

Copyright
Copyright to images, videos, or any other contents; is owned by the rights holders as per Contract Agreement between Angkor DC and its Partners.

Angkor DC Content Quality
The quality of the display of Angkor DC content is Full HD 1080 but it may vary from device to device, and may be affected by a variety of factors, such as your location, the bandwidth available through and/or speed of your Internet connection.

Rights We Grant You
Once you’ve paid for a movie, you have rights to watch that movie on your device for personal entertainment but cannot use it for commercial purpose. You agree not to use the service for public performances. You have rights to use only one device for one movie. Each movie you have paid for, you are allowed to stream one-time full movie and download one-time full movie. You agree to use the Angkor DC service, including all features and functionalities associated therewith, in accordance with all applicable laws, rules and regulations, or other restrictions on use of the service or content therein. You agree not to archive, reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform, publish, license, offer for sale, or use (except as explicitly authorised in these Terms of Use) content and information contained on or obtained from or through Angkor DC service. We may terminate or restrict your use of our service if you violate these Terms of Use or are engaged in illegal or fraudulent use of the service. You must be at the age of majority in your territory (e.g., 18 years or above) in order to use Angkor DC App service. Minors may only use the service under the supervision of an adult.

Payment, Cancellation, Refund
Angkor DC payment scheme is per-movie. You only pay for the movie you like and choose. Payment options are given to you via your bank account, credit card, debit card, and mobile operator. The official currency used for Angkor DC service is United States Dollars (USD). You must make sure which movie you love to watch by looking at its promotional materials (synopsis, poster, trailer, etc.) before you proceed with the payment. Once you have proceeded with the payment, you are unable to change the movie or the payment option. And the payment is not refundable.

Governing Law
These Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Cambodia.
